1. Introduction

GoldenKall LLC provides Voco, an AI voice agent for restaurant phone ordering. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when restaurants and their customers use Voco.

2. Information We Collect

  • Restaurant account information: business name, address, contact details, POS settings, menu data, operating hours, and billing information.
  • Call and order data: recorded calls, transcripts, caller phone numbers, order details, timestamps, and call metadata.
  • Customer data: caller names, phone numbers, order preferences, and any information provided during a call.
  • Third-party integration data: data from connected services such as Square and Clover (POS order and menu data).
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies for site functionality and analytics.

3. How We Use Information

  • Answer calls, take orders, and route them to your kitchen via your connected POS or notification channel.
  • Recognize returning callers and personalise their experience.
  • Provide analytics, call recordings, and transcripts in your dashboard.
  • Provide customer support, billing, and account management.
  • Improve service quality through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
  • Send operational alerts, order confirmations, and administrative messages.

4. Call Recording and Consent

All calls handled by Voco may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and order accuracy. Notice is provided at the beginning of each call. We comply with applicable call-recording laws.

5. SMS Messaging

In SMS order-link mode, Voco texts callers a link to your online ordering page when they verbally consent during the call. Message and data rates may apply. Callers may decline at any time.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Voco connects to Square and Clover under your authorization. We access POS data only to process orders and maintain the integration. We do not sell or share this data with unauthorized parties.

7. Information Sharing

  • With infrastructure providers (hosting, payments, communications) under confidentiality obligations.
  • When required by law, regulation, or court order.
  • To protect rights, safety, or property, including preventing fraud.
  • With your explicit consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. On account deletion, we remove your data in accordance with our retention policies.

9. Security

We apply encryption, access controls, and other technical and organisational safeguards. No system is completely secure; we work to minimize risk and respond promptly to any incidents.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. Restaurant customers should contact the restaurant directly for call-related inquiries.

11. Children

Voco is a business service not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
